	Dean's Top Tips: Why improving your home is the best investment you'll ever make “It’s a lifestyle investment for you and your family that will also increase the value of your biggest asset and can offer outstanding returns on your investment,” says Dean. “By improving rather than moving, you'll save between $10,000 and $30,000 in real estate agents' fees and moving costs right away.
